So the good news first. The fitment and finish are top notch. The delivery was quick and the price was fair. The downside to using aluminum in this dimension is that it's prone to deformation. I first noticed a curvature in what used to be the straight link between wheels. That occurred after just the first run, and so the straight ahead tracking was off. I was able to bend it back, but that's not an acceptable way to run the crawler. If the aluminum were to be in a tube format, then I can see it holding up better. Titanium, while slightly higher in cost would be another way to avoid bent arms. For the UTB18 that has weight added to the front end, you need something better than this product.
